Overview
ShekindaFit was a thriving training business with no visible existence: no brand, no website, no booking system. Every client, every session, every payment lived in text threads. The work was excellent but the business around it was invisible. Ousia built ShekindaFit's identity from zero, and replaced text-message scheduling with an integrated booking flow, so clients book their own sessions and the trainer trains instead of coordinating. The result: a business that used to live in a phone now has a brand, a front door, and a calendar that fills itself.
