Packlife Training

PackLife delivers elite one-on-one and group basketball training for athletes at every level, youth through professional across three New Jersey facilities, with a coaching staff that includes current pros. Their operation had outgrown their systems: every session was being booked over text, one message at a time. Ousia built their full digital home; coach profiles, session types, facilities, summer camp programming, and an integrated store and replaced text-thread scheduling with a fully automated booking system, letting athletes register and pay for sessions and camps directly online. We also produced photography, video, and social campaigns to match the caliber of the training on the court. The result: a program that books itself. Coaches coach; the system handles the calendar.
